You can predict the future; at least mathematically.  In order to do this you need to complete the following:

  1. Define interpolation and extropolation by reading this website.
  2. Learn how to make a line of best fit by hand and then find the equation for your line by watching this video.
  3. Go to IXL and complete Algebra lesson N.7 on Scatter plots: Lines of Best fit.  You must obtain at least a score of a 75 before stopping.
  4. Learn how to make predictions using your line of best fit by watching this video.

 

Once you have read each of the websites, you must make slide #3 on your Google Sheets team page.  Your slide must have information from each of the three parts that you read about above (not including #3, IXL).
